Rockpool Songbird Oxley is a residential Aged Card home. It is a thoughtfully designed and built home supporting 152-bed resident communities, with a shared lounge and dining area, vitality & wellness centre.
DYFA Plumbing was engaged as a Plumbing Contractor by McNab Constructions and our team was responsible for the full design and construct for this state-of-the-art facility. From hydraulic design to final fit-off, our team ensured every detail met the high standards required for comfort, safety and compliance.
Rockpool is building 7 sites in total across South East Queensland, and we have been involved in the construction of 4 of these locations. Additionally, we have now taken on Compliance Maintenance, Proactive Maintenance and Responsive Maintenance across all sites for plumbing and electrical services.
