On the 18th of October an outdoor tap in the pool area of our apartment complex in Cotton Tree failed. As the job was urgent so as to prevent further damage I contacted Will from DYFA plumbing. Even though this was early on a Saturday morning, Will attended straight away (literally within minutes as he was with his family in the area) and was able to fix the issue. His professionalism was exemplary and I can't recommend them highly enough. I will be sure to recommend them for any future works our complex requires.

DYFA have been looking after our plumbing needs for many years. Definitely a 5 star company. They respond very quickly from the first phone contact to when the service is carried out.

Ben & Joel were fantastic last week when they installed a new tap bringing tank water from our tanks underneath the house & also cleaning out a blocked bathroom basin. I did call the Company 9:30 pm Saturday as the HWC on the ceiling had broken and water was running in the ceiling down to the walls of the apartment- They come and make safe- stopping the leak and they return and replaced the HWC in a short time as we have guest in house. Was all done with friendly and accommodated way, plus very great work. I do recommend they service- Special shout to Will for his work and willingness to come over at night time to help us.

Kale came around a few days earlier to fix low pressure hot water. Friendly and professional.
The issue came back a few days later, Kale came straight back with Tyra this time and fixed the issue at no extra charge.

Had a very slow draining blocked sink....called DYFA Plumbing who attended promptly. Unfortunately it wasn't an easy fix but costs were advised upfront and they returned the following day to finalise repairs. Young Caleb was a pleasure to meet, he told me about some funny Plumbing jobs he had been to and we had a laugh whilst he was jetting the drain. Would 100% recommend 👌

I got excellent service I had a broken pipe in a difficult place. I needed a plumber as soon as possible. I called the company and within ten minutes Will was here. Most Golden Beach plumbing is a challenge. Being that it’s old.

Early advise indicated an expensive solution but when the job was completed Kale advised we didn't need the next level of fix - so no chance DYFA are out just for your dollars only or are trying to profiteer from your crisis. Thanks heaps!
