PLUMBING INSPECTION
What’s included in the plumbing inspection?
- Inspect toilets, showers, and taps for leaks that could be costing you hundreds of dollars per year in wasted water.
- Check water pressure for the entire house to make sure that the pressures are not over the limit at which home insurance is voided.
- Check operation of all drains which includes a 30 minute CCTV drain camera inspection in included to ensure it is correct.
- Inspect visible piping for leaks and corrosion to identify potential leaks before they occur.
- Tag emergency Shut-Off Valve so you can easily identify the proper valves during a water crisis.
- Check tap hoses washing machine and dishwasher hoses to identify the potential for hose rupture dueto deterioration.
- Inspect the condition of the water heater and make recommendations of the life and condition of the water heater.
- Check hot water temperature to ensure that all hot water points to bathroom fixtures do not exceed 50*C.
ELECTRICAL INSPECTION
What’s included in the electrical inspection?
- Visually check electrical meter for any faulty circuits and/or dangerous burnt wiring.
- Inspect the condition of all lights and switches, including sensor lights to determine there are no faults or potential for future damage.
- Check the condition of surge diverters, circuit breakers, consumers mains, house wiring, lighting, and safety switch operation.
- Check the condition of smoke alarms and location so you can be assured your family will be safe in the event of a fire.
- Inspect fans for corrosion, balance, noise and efficiency.
AIRCON INSPECTION
What’s included in the aircon inspection?
- Examine air filter so that your air conditioner is operating at maximum efficiency.
- Check voltage and amperage draw to ascertain that your A/C unit is not over drawing current and wasting power.
- Inspect electrical circuit and check that all elements are tightened and safe, and ensure that the isolation switch is working efficiently.
