Great, friendly and professional service from both Tom and Kale...came out for a free consultation to assess the issue and got the problem fixed the very next day, and even discounted the fee for unexpected extra parts they had to acquire to do the job. Highly recommend, will use again if needed in the future!

Great service. Charlotte took my call and then she rang back within minutes to say that Tom would arrive within 30 minutes. I had no gas working and no hot water and a house full of guests. Tom was so friendly and efficient and had the problem solved within minutes.

I did call the Company 9:30 pm Saturday as the HWC on the ceiling had broken and water was running in the ceiling down to the walls of the apartment- They come and make safe- stopping the leak and they return and replaced the HWC in a short time as we have guest in house. Was all done with friendly and accommodated way, plus very great work. I do recommend they service- Special shout to Will for his work and willingness to come over at night time to help us.

Easy 5 Stars.Kale came around a few days earlier to fix low pressure hot water. Friendly and professional.The issue came back a few days later, Kale came straight back with Tyra this time and fixed the issue at no extra charge.Third time we've used DYFA. Always been great!

Had a very slow draining blocked sink....called DYFA Plumbing who attended promptly. Unfortunately it wasn't an easy fix but costs were advised upfront and they returned the following day to finalise repairs. Young Caleb was a pleasure to meet, he told me about some funny Plumbing jobs he had been to and we had a laugh whilst he was jetting the drain. Would 100% recommend 👌

I got excellent service I had a broken pipe in a difficult place. I needed a plumber as soon as possible. I called the company and within ten minutes Will was here. Our hot water system gave up on us suddenly. We called DYFA plumbing and we’re extremely happy with the response time. Josh attended our property and within minutes had the problem sorted. Very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.

Good, quick and honest!We needed help quickly with blocked drains and DYFA Plumbing provided a quick response to a complex problem. Charlotte got the job scheduled and sorted immediately and sent Kale out early the next morning.Early advise indicated an expensive solution but when the job was completed Kale advised we didn't need the next level of fix - so no chance DYFA are out just for your dollars only or are trying to profiteer from your crisis. Thanks heaps!
